1. Why did you select the inspiration pieces?
I selected these inspiration pieces because these are the ones that really stood out to me. The First one reminded me of this picture Beyonce took holding a cigarrette. The Second one reminded me of meand my facial expression and how my hair looks in the morning. The Last one i found weirdly interesting. It was a self portarit of his knees and usually you dont see that, you most see self portarits of peoples faces.
2. Why did you select the media to create your self-portrait?
I selected the media i used because it was easier foe me to draw with. It helped me embraced the features i wanted to embrace from my photo.
raw
3. What challenges did you face in creating your self-portrait and how did you overcome them?
Challenges i faced was trying to capture the exact way the photo of myself looked. Im not a good drawer so it was hard for me to draw exactly what i saw, i overcame this issue by trying my best.
4. How does this piece represent you?
It represents me because it captures my mood in my normal state and in everyday life.
5. What elements and principles of art did you apply in this work?
Line, shape, and movement
6. Did you enjoy working on this project?
I did, my favorite part was searching for all the different self portarits i could use for this project.
7. What do you think of your final artwork?
I think i did a great job.
