1. Explain why you selected each of the TWO videos you choose from the selection listed above.
I selected the videos The Night Watch (Rembrandt) and Leonardo da Vinci: The Mind of the Renaissance because the two titles really stuck out to me. I remember learning about these two topics when i was in high school but i dont remember exactly what it was i learned, so i chose these two videos so i can learn more about them.

2. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
In the video The Night Watch (Rembrandt), the key concepts i learned was about the painting the x-ray created by Rembrandt. I found it interesting how the painting revealed his way of thinking through it. I found all of his pieces of work that was described in the video to have some sort of interesting story behind it. In the video Leonardo da Vinci: The Mind of the Renaissance , the key concepts i learned was that Leonardo da vinci was a scientist. This was something thst i never knew and found this piece of information to be relly cool once i found out.

3. How do the videos relate to the readings in the text?
The videos realate to the readings in the text because in the text we learned about the renaissance age and also the other eras and the new art that developed during that time. These videos reflect upon that and go into further detail about the artists and their paintings.

4. What is your opinion of the films? How do they add depth to understanding of the readings and art concepts?
I thought the videos were okay. I thought that the art work was explained more which i liked. It gave me a better understanding of the arts and the artist of that era.
